At Gymfrog, each piece of Pilates equipment is crafted and shipped with the utmost care. Below you’ll find important information about shipping methods, timelines, and delivery expectations.
1. Order Processing & Production
All Pilates equipment is made to order unless otherwise stated. Shipping time refers to transit only and does not include production time.
Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may be slightly delayed.
2. Shipping Time — Accessories
For smaller items such as accessories, Gymfrog uses standard express services for fast and reliable delivery.

3. Shipping Time — Pilates Equipment
Large Pilates machines (Reformers, Towers, Cadillacs, Chairs, Barrels) are shipped via freight carriers due to size and weight. Delivery times vary by region.

4. Shipping & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Most large equipment ships via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight services.
5. Curbside Delivery
Freight shipments are delivered to the curbside or the front of your property. Carriers do not bring items indoors, upstairs, or into specific rooms. Please ensure someone is available to receive and move the shipment.
6. Delivery Signature
Some freight carriers may require a signature upon delivery. The carrier will notify you if this is required.
7. Inspect Before Signing
Please inspect the external packaging carefully when receiving your shipment. If you notice visible damage:
1. Take clear photos
2. Refuse the delivery
3. Contact us immediately at support@gymfrog.eu
This ensures we can file claims and arrange a replacement promptly.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 3 days of delivery at support@gymfrog.eu with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
9. International Shipping
If your country is not listed above, please contact us before placing your order to confirm shipping options and estimated delivery times.
