At GymFrog, we stand behind the quality of our Pilates equipment and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. This Limited Warranty outlines the terms and conditions for coverage and service.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Main Frame (Structural Components): 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
  • Parts & Accessories: 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

2. What is Covered

  • Structural components (2 years): frame, rails, and footbar
  • Mechanical moving parts (1 year): wheels, pulleys, ropes, and springs
  • Upholstery & cushioning materials (1 year): against manufacturing defects

3. What is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, scuffs)
  • Damage caused by improper assembly, installation, or unauthorized modifications
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme environmental conditions (moisture, heat, UV)

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience any issues with your equipment covered under this warranty, please contact our support team within the warranty period:

5. Warranty Service Process

  • In certain cases, a replacement unit may be issued
  • Return shipping or labor costs are not included unless otherwise agreed upon

6. Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product as described above. GymFrog shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
